The restaurant at Le Sud hotel is open Monday to Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Chef Pierre expresses his inspiration through local produce, traditional cuisine with a modern twist, and a few touches from elsewhere.

Each dish conveys an emotion, guided by respect for the produce and the right flavor, just like Manosque itself.

A MENU THAT SHOWCASES OUR LOCAL PRODUCTS... 

Discover our new menu created by the Chef. It focuses on local and seasonal products. This winter, you can enjoy poached eggs from Les Vergers de la Galline in Forcalquier, a sauce made from mustard seeds grown in Haute-Provence, and a brioche with chestnut cream from Redortiers.
